(Q) How can I place a bid?

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. A bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page. |

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?

(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |

(Q) No risk at all? What's the catch? What's the point?

(A) That's right! You will not lose a single cent. The catch? Well... whatever money you spend bidding, whether you win or lose, will be pooled together and sent to kiva.org in the form of a micro loan. These micro loans are completely interest free! Just by participating in this program you are helping people all around the world! So why not just let you guys go make your own micro loans? No one is stopping you. We encourage all of you to join Kiva.org and help out. What we are offering here is something more than that. We are, in effect, paying you to help others. Not to mention Kiva.org doesn't openly accept E-Gold.
Just a quick note: all money from advertisements on this site is directly put up as an auction in case you wanted to know where the money comes from. We are completely non-profit. |

(Q) How long does it take to be accepted into the affiliate program?

(A) We will respond within 2 business days to your e-mail. The e-mail will include whether or not your site was accepted or not and may include reasons for why the site was not accepted. |

(Q) Where is my referral bonus?

(A) Your referral bonus (10% of all you direct referral's deposits) are added to you "Bonus Balance" You can view your referral's status on the "Refer A Friend" tab in your member's area. |

(Q) What is the "Bonus Balance"

(A) The "Bonus Balance" is real money, but can only be used on MoEzMoney so it cannot be withdrawn. You can bid on any auction you like with the money in the "Bonus Balance" and the money earned from the auction will be awarded to your "Account Balance" |

(Q) What is the "Account Balance"
|

(A) The "Account Balance" is real money which you can withdraw into your e-currency account. Also, money deposited from your e-currency account is added to your "Account Balance" |
